CLASS OFFERED FOR GENTLEMEN IN GRADES 5-9

This session will focus on fine tuning some of the table manners that were taught in "Southern Gentlemen." The first week, students will meet in Mrs. Rainer's home for further instruction on the proper ways to hold utensils, proper cutting techniques, appropriate table conversation, how to pay a bill and calculate gratuity, and how to treat servers with respect and courtesy. During the second week of this session, students will join Mrs. Rainer for dinner in a white tablecloth restaurant where instruction can take place in an authentic environment.

*Because the skills taught build on each other, one of the "Southern Gentlemen" classes is helpful (but not required) for this class.*
