September Topic Focus: Being Good Friends at school or on a playground. We will practice including others by inviting others to play in existing groups., and we’ll also practice approaching groups and asking to join.
October Topic Focus: ***Halloween Fun*** We will practice complimenting our friends’ Halloween costumes, saying “thank you” after receiving trick-or-treat candy, and answering in a clear strong voice when someone speaks to us.
November Topic Focus: Tiny Turkey Table Manners. We will focus on FIVE easy ways to show good manners at the table.
December Topic Focus: Gratitude Each child will have the opportunity to practice opening a gift and "stretching their thank you". We will practice eye contact and saying "thank you" in a more meaningful way. We will end with a game to see who can say "thank you" before being reminded!

This is a great place for your child to begin, but it is also a great class to take if your child missed the foundational classes. This class has a “Junior” version (recommended for 5-7 year olds) and a “Senior version” (recommended for 8-10 year olds). During this 3 week session, Amy will focus on some of the very basics of polite behavior and helpful attitudes! Boys and girls will learn how to make a good first impression, how to be a good friend, how to be helpful and how to be a grateful receiver of gifts and compliments. The senior version will add in important topics like practicing kindness in everyday situations, using good manners in sports, and the importance of learning how to write a meaningful thank you note. Children will learn all of these things in an interactive environment where each child has an opportunity to role play desired behaviors. Each child will leave with a take home card highlighting some of the topics discussed so that parents can follow up with more discussion at home each week. Checklists are included so children can monitor their own progress.
This class can be adjusted for boys and girls ages 5-10 and is a great choice, as the content is relevant for all elementary students!
Please note…after you register you will receive another email to use a code to “authenticate your order”. Please disregard that! NO need to authenticate! I will reach out personally to confirm that I received your registration.

CLASS OFFERED FOR GENTLEMEN IN GRADES 5-7
This session will focus on fine tuning some of the table manners that were taught in "The Perfect Gentleman" courses. The first week, students will meet in Amy's home for further instruction on the proper ways to hold utensils, proper cutting techniques, appropriate table conversation, how to pay a bill and calculate gratuity, and how to treat servers with respect and courtesy. During the second week of this session, students will join Amy for dinner in a white tablecloth restaurant where instruction can take place in an authentic environment.
*Because the skills taught build on each other, one of the "The Perfect Gentleman" classes is helpful (but not required) for this class.
Once your group has been accepted for a space in Amy’s program, the group will decide whether you’d prefer 2 separate days of instruction or a one time workshop. Due to the busy schedules of these little gentleman, the exact dates are scheduled the month before the class.
I teach ONE Dining Out class per month. If you have a group of 7-9 boys and are interested in forming your own class for FALL 2026, click here to email me of your interest.

Great! Here are your next steps.
Once I have confirmed your class dates with the Point Parent, I will assign a code to that group and will open the registration for your class. Your group will have three days to register. I reserve the right to add a few children to your pre-arranged class if there is no other open class for their age group, however, your existing core group of students will always remain together.
All class fees are paid in advance. If your student’s plans change and you are no longer interested in the class spot, I will try to fill the spot. If I am successful, I will refund your class fee minus a $50 non-refundable deposit.
